No pre-order of the game unfortunately, and i don't really know what this is worth, i just checked some of the other threads here and saw that most of them was asking 150$, but as i said am open for offers.

 

Does this include a preorder or anything else? The one with included Digital CE edition went for 125 or so. I would expect that just the account itself without that would be fifty dollars perhaps seventy tops considering that release is march. That's basically over six months of subscription time for one month.
