This is revenge feedback and from what I remember that is not allowed. They have my money I did not scam them or screw them. This is unjustified feedback and its only because they are butthurt about receiving one.
I would like it removed. I had a negative transaction with them so I left them, theres is 100% positive as they have my money and I have an account.
The user had an account on sale and I purchased it, it is not as described. It was a horde character not an alliance toon like I wanted. Any alliance race would have been acceptable to me.
I spent $140 usd on account on sale. I know I was buying it on sale. So $30 plus taxes now has to go to make it an alliance toon. with taxes that is 22 percent of my purchase to fix a MAJOR listing error.
If it is claimed to be human and its not that is not as described, it was not even the proper faction. I have all alliance toons and to use account with ease.
I did not ask for a refund. I was expecting compensation for false advertising. Gametime, faction change, funds to use on website for further purchase.
That not asking for freebies.
Instead of understanding I was met with attitude and sarcasm. Seller/support told me I wanted an orc. honestly no I beeping did not.
If I sold something here and it was not as described I would be met with a negative feedback or have to compensate for the difference.
I am not being unreasonable/unreastic as stated in feedback. I purchased an alliance warlock, received horde warlock.
List your accounts properly.
