retaliation feedback from a scammer

I purchased both Spotify and YouTube Premium from this person, expecting a 1-year premium membership. However, after just one month, the card was declined, and the service ended. For YouTube, it turned out to be just a trial; he didn't even pay for a single month. When I confronted him, he initially blamed me, as you can see in the attached screenshot. When I finally gave up and left negative feedback, he retaliated by writing a false review about me.

When Trade Guardian was not used I was told all we could do was to "leave negative comment"
and once I do and seller "leaves negative comment" in retaliation while ... scamming me.


I paid, he didn't give me anything, I left negative feedback
he wrote negative feedback in return.
