Restore Feedback that was removed

I recently got back from vacation so could not reply to this thread he opened in time

As you can see in the below screenshots, due to his service he got me banned. I left the feedback to warn others of this.
I tried to contact him and reach a resolution for help. He stopped responding instantly like he did back then when i was trying to buy from him.
Took forever to respond each time, and when just replies with general "hello" and stuff like that not helping at all and eventually ignoring me completely when trying talking to him since he knows he messed up and screwed me over.

I can also leave a new feedback to warn other people about it as well if old one cannot be restored, i can send paypal receipt and more details as well just let me know if needed

If you do not respond to the new dispute then the feedback will not be allowed to be re added again.
