Help Needed.
Someone has just filed an Unauthorized payment dispute against me when they sent the money as a gift like I required.
When I was scammed a few weeks ago that person used this on me and as the money came from my IP he won. Basically I got screwed.
Now someone is sending me money as a gift and paypal want me to provide files, screen shots,etc of my proof. What do I need to resolve when he sent it as a gift and is claiming someone else hacked his paypal to do it? That doesn't make sense to me. Surely paypal need to simply investigate whether or not the money came from him? What do I need to send anything for?
In the previous case Paypal told me he gets to keep the money because the money came from my IP I couldn't recall it, now the roles are reversed paypal want to f**K me again by asking me to prove i've sent him an item, why didn't they do it to the guy that scammed me? Seriously?
Any ideas?
