In short the customer buying installment for one of my account on discord (In the video). We agree on paying 460 first and 40 in a week. The problem is
1. One of my other store site got this account listed and is sold during our payment and I'm force to delivery it to another seller
2. The money has not reach my paypal, it was still in pending at the moment we speak and I can't access to any of the money.
So the buyer did not pay in full, I haven't recieve any money from paypal. At the moment is saturday and I can't call customer support because they only work on weeks day. She been sending a torn of message and acuse me for scamming while I'm asleep. While technically I haven't receive a dollar

- Proof of sale will be requested.
- Buyer can show they sent payment.
- Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
- No further investigation will be conducted.
- Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.
If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.
