What is the dispute about?
The account I purchased from the aforementioned seller was recalled by the "original owner", and I am unable to access the account anymore or talk it out with the seller to get a refund.
Other details / notes: I've talked to the owner of the account previous to Twistz, and they mentioned that the person they purchased the account from has already been banned from EpicNPC.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) He did not state so.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? The seller provided information regarding only the account in question, and also the in-game name.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? The account was in my possession for about 2 weeks.

Don’t really know what to do. How was I supposed to know the original owner of the account was going to take it back 6 months later from when I had it. The buyer asked for a refund but I wasn’t going to give it to him because if I was still in possession of the account and this had happened, the person I bought it from would definitely not give me a refund.

I am sorry but you are responsible for everything you sell here. If you are unable to refund or give the replacement in the same value you will be banned.

Should I ask for a refund from the guy I had bought it from 6 months ago too? It’s not like I misled the person or anything, I tried my best to recover the account through Yostar’s support. Go ahead with the ban if that’s what you feel is justified.

Yes, you can ask for a refund from the original owner. In case he has an account here you are free to open a dispute against him

Then here’s what I’ll do. I’ll open a dispute and ask for a refund from the person I bought the account from. If I am successful in getting the refund then I’ll refund the buyer the full amount as well.

@Angel About a week ago @Euphoria336699 contacted me via discord. I tried my best to help him recover the account since he needed my earliest receipt and I gave him a copy of that. It didn't work so I went to find the original owner since it's been over 7 months since I last had the account. I traced my payment back to RabbitGaming (https://www.epicnpc.com/members/rabbitgaming.949839/) who used to be a reputable seller here on EpicNPC, but he is already banned. I never advertised my thread as original owner and I don't think @Twistz is at fault. I would be willing to refund a partial amount of the $50 to @Euphoria336699 but @Twistz asking for a $350 refund when he sold it for $50 is unreasonable since I quit Arknights a long time ago, and clearly the value of Arknights accounts have greatly depreciated. I've attached my entire conversation with @Euphoria336699 here.

The account was sold to @Euphoria336699 for 50USD so it should not be a problem for @alexisverysmexy and @Twistz to split the loss 50% each. Rabbitgaming has been already banned so we are unable to confirm who recalled the account

As I said earlier I have no problem paying back the full amount, as long as I get some sort of refund as well.
