Hello guys,

I just joined the forums yesterday and posted a thread on Overwatch Boosting forum (Link: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1197841-Overwatch-SR-Boosting-⭐-Extremely-Fast-amp-Cheap-Prices-⭐)

Unfortunately I had no idea about any special requirements that I was supposed to include in my thread, so some terms of service were missing. I have no reason to not following your guidelines, but as a result I got an infraction and lost 1900 credits. I think this is a lot, considering that I paid immediately $15 after joining the forums and got 3750 credits to my balance. I understand that it was my fault not looking deeper in the site and finding these requirements... but you guys probably know this is something that can happen to new forum members. Usually I am used that these forum rules are in the stickies and I saw no stickies so I assumed there's nothing special I should include except contact details and prices.

Of course that after receiving the infraction I fixed the mistakes and modified my thread accordingly. I hope you guys can understand and reverse this infraction and return my credits... or at least just return the credits which are more important to me. I am sorry for the mistake and you can rest assured this won't happen again.

Infractions are temporary and expire after 30 days, so as long as you don't break more rules, it's not really a big deal.

I'm not sure what you mean you lost 1850 credits. The infraction doesn't do anything to your thread. You just have to add the required Terms and you'll be fine.

That's an old bug we haven't fixed yet. I'm not sure how we missed it in the last credit update, but looks like we did. I'll make sure it gets fixed the next time our credit system gets an update or we'll try to hotfix it once some other development items are completed.

For some reason, the account balance shows double the actual balance.

You received $15 worth of credits when you upgraded. 15 x 125 = 1875, the 3750 is a bug. You never actually had 3750 credits, this number only displays on the "account balance" column from the "Latest Transaction" page.

When the infraction hit, it corrected the incorrect number, so it appeared like you lost 1850 credits, but you actually didn't.

I removed the dup highlight item and added 350 credits back to your account.
