Free members only have a 30 day edit limit for posts. Since that post is older than 30 days it's not editable. You can either reply to it with the new info or create a new thread.

I saw a rule where making duplicate threads or similar is not allowed.
So if I wanted to evade the 30day edit limit, by making another thread with updated information, this would be allowed?

You can create a new thread as long as you keep the old one closed.
