•I would like to respectfully request the removal of this 2-star feedback left by the buyer, as it is unfair and based on false accusations.
•The account I delivered was exactly the same as shown in my sales thread and screenshots. The buyer received the correct account without any issues. Before purchasing, the buyer did not ask any additional questions or raise any concerns.
•After completing the transaction, the buyer later requested a refund. I declined because the account was delivered correctly, as described, and was not banned or different from the listing. I clearly stated that I would only agree to a refund if the account was incorrect or banned, which was not the case here.
•Following this, the buyer falsely accused me of being deceptive and left a negative feedback to damage my reputation. This feedback does not reflect the actual transaction and is an abuse of the feedback system.
•I kindly ask the moderators to review the screenshots, listing details, and chat history, and consider removing this unfair feedback.
