i would like to create a new account with a new username that is the same as my other accounts to i can upgrade an account with a username that i want. is this possible?

Username changes are purchasable in the store. BTC is the only way to buy credits for now until you upgrade. If you upgrade your account you'll be able to buy credits with PayPal. Do not make another account or it will be closed.
