Ok, so the Blizzard ticket shows someone called in to try to recall the account, but it didn't work. In the chat with Sachamo88, you said you no longer have access to the hunter, so is it locked?

Please post a screenshot of the blizzard ticket.

I said i no longer have access becuase he wouldnt be able to supply me with the current shamans info.. I wasnt going to give him the hunter back after that and have my shammy jacked for a couple days. and I wasnt going to continue to put my time into the hunters account after someone just tried to recall it. I already sent in id for the shaman, he needs to do the same and clear up the problem with whoever tried to recall the hunter. Even tho they werent successful in recalling it, im still not going to put my time into the account just to have it actually be recalled.

and yes i have the oo photo id to the account for the hunter he told me he didnt have access to the hunter and i was more than willing to send him copy of the id then lter in the day he told me he has access to the hunter and that he called in to recall the shaman but blizzard didnt do anything when i trade an account if i say i know the oo then i do and can get the info if needed regardless what i do with an account has nothing to do with you u have the hunter and supposedly sent in a photo id to the shaman so regardless how this is solved he has hunter and is going to get the shaman back when i contacted oo via phone he said he never called into blizzard or anything and with him being like a best friend to me i trust him and he didnt like i told Timtkg14 he might have had a keylogger on his computer since who ever called into blizzard couldnt provide any info to the account and since the hunter account isnt locked and he can still play it i see no since for him to recall the shaman in first place and secondly i have id to the hnter and if anything needs to be done i have the means of doing it Timtkg can either give me hunter back or shaman back once he gets it recalled from sending in the id to it

Timtkg14 has the hunter still, but doesn't want it since someone attempted to recall.
Hunter is not locked
Timtkg14 is in the process of recalling shaman
sachamo88 has the ID for hunter and willing to give it to Timtkg14

Ok, it is proven that whoever attempted to recall this hunter was not the OO as they did not have the correct info or ID to the account, which is why it failed. This could mean that Timtkg14 could have been hacked or keylogged or that a previous owner of the account, who doesn't have the ID, tried to recall it.

Was there any agreement on what would happen if a recall attempt was made on the account?
If not, then I feel Timtkg14 jumped the gun with recalling the Shaman. If that was something of a concern, some agreement should have been made that your account would be returned to you.

Since the shaman recall is already in the process, you guys have two choices.

1) If BOTH parties agree, Timtkg14 gets his shaman back, sachamo88 gets the hunter back
2) If you cannot agree to that, then my verdict is that Timtkg14 keeps the hunter and returns the shaman back to sachamo88 or the user sachamo88 traded it to.

as with all my accounts that i trade if it is locked or recalled and you do not have access to the account i will give u your account back or compensate u with an account if i traded one i got from the person i traded with since yes an attempt was made and nothing happened and timtkg acted hastily and lied about having access to the hunter account i was more than willing to pass the id to hunter along to him but now i would like him to either return the shaman to me or the hunter to me really dont other me which one but this shows not jump the gun and do stupid **** as in posting this in a scammer thread when we could came to this agreement if timtkg14 would ever log back onto aim

When i contacted you about someone trying to recall the hunter you told me you already traded the shaman account and didnt have access to it so there was no way i could get it back without recalling. I do not believe i jumped the gun because i waited till after you told me this. I was under the impression that after you traded the shaman and the guy scammed you, it seems like u tried calling back the hunter.
If you already have hunter id like u said for 3 days then why dont you get it back. The account hasnt even been locked yet and its still under the email i put it under. So it seems you havent even attempted to do anything.

And dude dont say i wont return either to u. You messed up and got the shamans account scammed from you and you got people calling in to recall the hunter so what the **** is up man.. I Have already told you to recall the hunter so do it dude and stop playing games

ok first of all what i did to the shaman is irrelevant to the current situation yeah dude i traded the shaman to either a recalled account i got from him or person he got it from recalled it period u had no right to even recall shaman when in doubt there is nother wrong with the hunter account yeah someone tried calling in about it but didnt know any info u still have access to it under ur email and i said id get id to it the point is u recalled ur shaman for no reason what so ever and yeah i havent recalled hunter for fact i traded it to you and its rightfully yours not mine so y would i recall something that i traded and didnt get screwed over and account got recalled the shaman issue is mine to deal with not yours u have no right recalling it if nothing wrong with hunter your just a sad excuse for a scammer and fyi the guy i traded the shaman to said that someone called blizzard and got shaman locked at 12pm pacific time is when email was sent to him (i cannot provide proof of this for fact i was at school on aim express and do not have logs of it ) so sounds to me u made and excuse cause u didnt like the hunter tried recalling shaman failed at it got it locked and now trying to label me as a scammer when in fact i didnt do **** to anything there is nothing stating that when i trade an account that i cant trade it anymore also something he failed to mention

The only time i called blizzard about the shaman account was right after i told you i was going to recall. No one called and got it locked. yr buddy u traded to is making that up or the whole thing is made up by you.

go recall it already. in aim i asked you if you still had shamans info because i wanted to just trade back like that.. when you said u traded again i lied and said i didnt have access because if i have to recall you can too. im not gunna sit without an account cuz of problems all on your end. The whole point of me opening a scammers thread is because you traded me an account that you said is secure but a week after the trade(and strangly the same time u end up getting the shaman scammed) someone is trying to recall.

You keep saying what happend to the shaman when u traded is irrelevent but it is not. It seems you are trying to take attention away from it. Why would at the same u get scammed from the shaman, someone also tries to recall your hunter account u traded me.

what day was this? this doesnt prove anything unless you have blizz emails with the time on it. cuz im the ****ing OO of the shammy and i didnt call until the 4th. so plz u tards stop trying to fool ppl and actually screenshot the email from blizz saying when the shaman got locked.

sachamo is legit.....hes been around for 2-3 years now. Theres always gonna be a chance of a recall in any trade.

thats why its best to have I.D and all info needed.

If you have access to the Shaman and hunter. trade whatever sachamo gave you back. and let him work things out with whats going on

Timtkg14, the fact is the hunter was not recalled, an attempt is not a recall. Since nothing was taken from you, you should not have recalled the shaman. Everything else that happened with sachamo88 re-trading the shaman and possibly being scammed is irrelevant as you lost nothing. If sachamo88 got scammed, he can open his own scam thread and we'll deal with that there.

Timtkg14 if you can prove the hunter was stolen or scammed from someone, which is why a recall attempt was made, then that is a different story. However no proof of this has been provided.

So lets just close it and Timtkg14 can give sachamo88 back the hunter.

I will only look at screenshot only from here on out. everything else I will not read.

I know i'm not part of this but I have come accross this type of issue before, make sure that the hunter has not bee moved to another account and it will just seem it has been "deleted". You can do this by checking the transaction history.

just wanted to let u know even though highly doubt anyone can do anything to account now as when timtkg detelted my toon he gave any the gold and sold my gear and now blizzard wont restore any of it to the account

i can vouch for sachamo as i have been good friends with him for a long time now and he showed me proof that infact the only gear that was able to be restored were some boa items and the bunny helm + holiday boots
