What is the dispute about?
I paid him $260 to buy a dota 2 account with mmr 8010 from this seller on npc marketplace via crypto BTC. I sent BTC to him in two batches $10 (for test) and $250, and he received both of them. After this, he just provided me a garbage account details. This account is banned in dota 2, not mention that the provided account has nothing in common with the advertising account.
