Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I posted a thread, he added me on skype i found his thread about the account we talked about pricing and all, he sent me screenshots then we talked about a way to do the transaction then when i sent him the money he logged off and hasn't talked since.
Other details / notes: He sent me screenshots of the account at the beginning, the screenshot i sent him at the end was the transaction being completed over paypal.

I'll keep this updated, but i want to wait a little to see if his internet just went off or if he did scam me, he hasn't logged in since making this thread so i'm just waiting.
