Being selling this account for couple of months already but no buyers still so i decided to change "selling" mode.
Account is for rent for farming purposes for a monthly fee established for buyer and seller (me) and when certain amount reached account passes to buyer ownership so no more monthly fees have to be paid. Since i dont get ANYTHING when deal is done until first month is over what i request to buyer is to be legit
