Was about to buy an account and I had to attend to an issue at work. I came back and he wasn't there for over 30 mins so I left. He comes back and falsely leaves feedback

There is no transaction. I sent am offer, it took him some time to accept it. I came back and he wasn't here for like 30 mins. I left and he came back and left feedback

He was online through out all the wait time i was having with the middleman and not responding.

as you can see , he came back and had a chance to clarify he was at work or occupied but still decided not to be communicative with me or with the middleman and ghosted us again.

Even though the bad experience i will be a good person and be open to remove said feedback if we make the deal .
