Hi,
I bought a placement boosts and a few levels from the user LESSKETTIT. The levels were purely to make sure that the account's MMR was high, and to make it easier for him to reach diamond. He asked me where I wanted to place, and I said I wanted to be diamond. I said I would PREFER if he played tanks and supports, but he could play other things if he needed to. His neutral feedback says that I "specifically" asked for him to play tanks/supports which isn't true. I told him on several occasions to play what was best on my account which he didn't do. He agreed there was a miscommunication, and yet he leaves me a neutral feedback despite the fact that I paid for the service without any issues.
He placed my account in platinum, and he was ready to call it a day there. Placing diamond in placements shouldn't be a problem for any booster, especially when it's a fresh account. After he tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong for 20-25 minutes, he decided to refund me a part of what I paid ($20 out of $50), and he made me pay the fees on that so I lost 10% on my refund. I asked him to re-send it as F&F and he refused.

A) I specified on several occasions that I would PREFER if he played tanks and supports, but I never once said "you shouldn't play DPS". Matter of fact, I told him that he could do what he felt was best. I said that I don't play dps. He claims that I specifically requested for tanks and supports which isn't true. There's a difference between saying "play only X and Y" and "I would prefer if you did X and Y".
B) I paid for the service that I ordered. I didn't charge back anything, nor did I delay the payment or ask for a refund. The refund was offered by him, and I took it cause I didn't want to wait a week. This doesn't warrant a neutral feedback on my end since I was a paying customer and I didn't cause any trouble on his end.
C) He failed to offer the service that I paid for which was diamond placements, and it's very clear that he made me feel like I was in the wrong near the end of the conversation. He was incredibly hard to work with, and it's obvious that the only reason he offered a refund was because he wanted to get rid of me. A booster who claims to be top 500 should have no problem getting diamond from placements, nor should he have any problem compensating a client who didn't get what he paid for.
D) The first thing he asked me when I first contacted him was "What are you looking to place?", and I told him I wanted to place diamond. If you order a boost and say "I want to get to X" and the booster fails to get you there, how is it the buyer's fault?
More importantly, I paid for the service, AND he wasn't able to complete the service. The neutral feedback should be removed as I was a paying customer, and I didn't do anything to warrant a neutral feedback on this order.
Adding:
This is what he said in the feedback: "I warned him several times with just orissa rein monkey he might not place diamond and healers.... much better chance with DPS heroes where you can carry games harder. First day of sym out in comp. his MMR was high enough to que with two diamond alts. So i played what he requested... it placed plat. I refunded 20. He was pissed. all of a sudden he said he didnt care who i played once i was done... where before he said his friends would know he was boosted.. he didn't want to seem " too boosted" as he put it. So i played the heroes he requested."
First of all, I asked if he could fix my accuracy as Sombra and Orisa in QUICK PLAY (which has nothing to do with the placements, or the problem at hand), not in competitive (I also said it wasn't a big deal at all). I never asked him to play Rein or Winston. I did ask that if he as going to pick a main hero to play that I'd like for it to be Brigitte (which he never played anyways, so this has no impact on this order again). How is it my problem that it's the first day Symmetra was available in comp? He's a top 500 player, he should have no problem getting it to diamond regardless. Yes, I said I didn't want the account to look "too boosted" which is why I said I'd prefer if he played tanks and supports, but I never once enforced him to do so. I told him on several occasions he could do what he felt was best for the boost, before and after ordering. It's not my problem if he didn't do that.
His claim that I all of a sudden didn't care who he played is just false. In the first screenshot, I told him "others are fine". In the second screenshot, I told him "DPS is fine, if you really have to". In the fourth screenshot, I told him "do whatever you feel is best, I'd prefer if supports or AT THE VERY LEAST a lot of heroes were flexed over anything, but feel free to do what you think is best". How is that "all of a sudden"?
One last thing... hypothetically speaking, even if I did request for him to play only tanks and supports (which I didn't), I still ordered diamond placements from him and he failed to deliver. There's nothing about this order that is my fault.
