Sale was made, feedback in Nov 2024 proving so. 9 months later, user says account was recovered with no proof. I cannot be held liable for this. Read below for more details.
TLDR: user agreed to TOS on my post. user provided no proof of recovery. op.gg suggests user still has access to the account as it is active and still their username and on EUW server. Claims of recovery are not backed by RIOTs actions when a recovery occurs (name change, region change if applicable; in this case it was)

Falsified Claims 1 Year Later
User reaches out to me saying the account was recovered because he tried to login and says "the information doesn't match an account in our system" insisting that the login name was magically changed, which is not possible to do with a Riot account. I then showed him on discord live stream me logging into an account and purposefully putting in an incorrect password, getting the same prompt as above, and then entering it correctly and it let me log in, proving if you have the wrong info that's what occurs, not that the username login was changed (which again, is NOT possible.) I asked for proof of account recovery and he can provide no such thing. I find the account on OP.GG (it was an NA originated account that he purchased and transferred to EUW) and it's still under his same Alias, active do this day as you can see https://op.gg/lol/summoners/euw/Desir-1919/champions?season_id=31 (Desir#1919). What makes it even more hilarious, if you scroll through the selection of champs played during ranked seasons, the same champs have been played all this time while he's been claiming it was recovered, from when I sold it to him in Nov. 2024. He then said League isnt even installed on his PC, so now it makes even more since for the individual to have sold the account and now trying to get it recovered to play again or more funds to purchase another account. The user couldn't even remember his riot ID, I had to find it based off his discord ID and then he magically remembered it. User also agreed to TOS provided in my sales threads that no refunds are to be given and still decides to try and swindle money as a reimbursement with absolute zero proof. User claimed the account was recovered, if the account was recovered, RIOT changes the RIOT ID back to it's name (if available) when it was stolen, as well as returns it to it's original region. In this case, neither of those two things occurred. The Riot ID is still Desir (matching his discord and epicnpc) and it is still on EUW, in which it was sold on NA, and is an NA created account. Do not waste your time with this individual as they'll try to finagle money out of you after time. Luckily for me, I keep a track record and rapport with buyers/sellers I deal with and don't tolerate this kind of ****.TLDR: user agreed to TOS on my post. user provided no proof of recovery. op.gg suggests user still has access to the account as it is active and still their username and on EUW server.
