Remove Negative Feedback

A user by the name of Jharris124 approached me to purchase an RS3 account via a middleman. After messing the middleman about for ages and then deciding he can no longer pay he then asked me to buy his account and followed that up with some private messages calling me a "british *****" among other things. I then reported said profile and left relevant feedback. Upon learning this Jharris124 then left false feedback on my page claiming i was scamming him and the account i gave him was not the once advertised. We never went through with the sale and the account advertised was what was there. There were 3 things missing from said account which i updated him and the price about and he agreed new price was fine. Following are chat logs from both conversations.
EDIT: Upon reading content on his account this guy has been flagged MULTIPLE times in the last few days alone regarding doing this exact same thing!

He also posted this feedback on my page which as you can see from the proof above is completely false since he never got any login details of the account "

Please do the forum a favour and just outright ban this guy. He has had multiple instances over the last month or so where people have reported him but due to having insufficient proof or he has baited them into using discord and so nothing can be done. Luckily i keep everything like this anyway.

Please take into account the multiple other people over the last month alone that have had bad dealings with this guy, theres a serious pattern here. Had a fine time on epic npc for over 4 years and this is the first guy I have ever had issues with
