Remove negative feedback

Username Bon left me a negative feedback.

This guy has already tried several times on OC to give me a bad name and he moderators forbid him to proceed with this pathetic behaviour.

He tried to scam me on Paypal instead of finding a way to resolve any possible issues. So i would like to report him for scamming / defamation and getting him removed from here.

Lets look at the facts.

I purchased an account from you on 6th June.

On 7th June I pointed out it was botted up after logging in to check it out. You said it was probably multiboxed.

On 25th June the account was banned (shock horror) for.... botting.

You offer me 700-1k in "compensation" I ask for a replacement account or a more significant increase in the gold amount. Give you a week and a half to see what you can do.

The best offer you came up with was 1k, which given golemagg gold prices is so sadly cheap was an insult of an offer, so I file a chargeback. You then lie to paypal to win the claim.

So the feedback is factually true. I will withdraw it willingly if a refund or replacement account is provided or 4000 gold at current golemagg horde prices.

I'm not going to waste time to this anymore.

You made 2 attempts on OC already and the moderator has forbidden you to open new ones, yet you try to continue with this nonsense. You have no respect at all for my Terms of Service, on which you agreed on upon purchasing an account.
This is a principle thing, why should i give gold to someone who took law in own hands and try to scam me with Paypal claim. Once someone opens a Paypal claim against me loses all his rights/respects and i rather give gold to some stranger.

No you are quite right. A businessman with principals would of tried to put some effort into resolving the situation, especially since the second I logged into it I bought it to your attention that it was likely botted up. I mean this is straight up false advertising as you never mention anywhere that your accounts are botted up.

Yet after a week and a half you didn't attempt to offer anything other than a pathetic 1k gold which was 1/7th the purchase cost. You didnt offer anything close to the value of the obviously botted up account after you were made aware. Put frankly you took the money and ran trying to hide behind your terms and conditions to immunify yourself from selling a dodgy account. You wouldn't offer a refund either because the best you would offer was a store credit, which you know was worthless to me due to your limited offerings on the server I needed.

You were given an opportunity to resolve the issue, I was more than generous in the time given, considering usually sellers would go ballistic over such things, you did nothing of value. It was only when the claim was put in you actually put any effort in at all. Your reply here says more than I ever could, you think you can sell with complete immunity and not be held to account when you sell dodgy accounts because of your terms and conditions.

You are frankly the worst seller I have dealt with in years. And if you are not going to "waste time" resolving the situation then you deserve the negative feedback.
