Remove Negative Feedback

Hello. 23.07.2017, 2.14 A.M got cantact with some "Alex" via skype. He did not contact me before the deal, but some person with nickname alex5050 https://www.epicnpc.com/members/662405-alex5050 leave very weird comment and negative feedback right after.

Below i'll attach screens with full conversation in skype. Just a short version. Person trying to get some "refund" right after the deal. He not asked about refund at the discussion of deal and i'm not talked about as well. As you can see no1 was promissed/asked about any refund, before/inprocess of the deal.
Please, solve our problem

Dande = Dandelion (named boss) weapon. Sura katana = weapon for Ninja. Ninja = ingame class.
in Black desert online no direct trade. I (or any1 else) just physically can't give an valuable item to other person. All deals (RMT also) goes through public Auction house aka Market place. There is pre-order system. After registering item at Market place there is 2 scenarios: item goes to usuall market and appears after 10 mins+, or goes through preorder system and highest preorder wins.

As you can see, from chat history at 2:34 i wrote: "we can do it next way. it's max what i can do. You paying 30euro for listing onlyand it's only because i have extra dande katana, so i dont need to open any of boxes". Means, buyer paying 30 euro and seller registering(listing) item at the market. I can't affect Market place system it any way, so i did my part of deal - registered Dande Sura Katana +3 (+3 is enchant level).

also, there is 3 possible scheme of trade via market place:
1st. Seller getting 50% payment before and registering the item. When buyer getting the item (if he is getting the item, because of the random system plus factor "higher preorder wins") he is paying rest 50%.

2nd. Seller getting "prepayment" only and right after registering the item. This one using to sell MEGA high enchant level accesories etc.

3rd. Seller not asking for the payment before, registering an item. If buyer get the item, he pays seller 100% of prices

We used 2nd scheme. He failed preorder.

Also, buyer not asked about any refunds before or inprocess of the deal (just to be clear).

Sorry your not allowed to offer this. you cannot charge people and them not receive item and expect negative feedback removed. they cannot pay for a chance to receive item. so you have a choice 50% refund customer asked or feedback will remain.

Whait, what? Since from when ppl can't choose for what they want to pay?! And buyer was warned (even if he is completely noob at the game and don't know how Market place system is work) when he read my thread.

we require users to deliver items in a safe manner that is not safe manner. so its fair you refund the 50% or the feedback remains.
