Admins and moderators are welcome to read the entire Live Chat logs. They will clearly see that I was very professional with the buyer and kept trying to explain that we did in fact deliver every single thing as described in the package you purchased; and delivered even more.

He said he was Paragon level 750 before he handed us the account: LIE
He said he had more crafting materials before he handed us the account: LIE
He said he had more gems before he handed us the account: LIE
He said he never received an order completion e-mail but later admitted he did: LIE
He said we only worked on your account for 3 hours a day: LIE
He said he logged on his account during a specific time during the night (impossible because we were online): LIE

We also have screenshots of our work that we delivered.

Here are the Live Chat logs: http://i.imgur.com/cICrTg1.png
Here are the screenshots of our work upon delivery: http://imgur.com/a/tnr81

We have been in business for over 5 years and never had any complaint from any buyer that we had deleted his characters or items, this is just another one of his lies.

Sedative has been notified.

D3Pleveling please show proof of the chargeback claim.

Sedative you said you have screenshots of the character before the boost, please post it. Also send the the Bnet armory link for your characters so I can see all the items were deleted. Third, send me a screenshot of the Blizzard support ticket you opened to have your account rolled back.

I don't see any chargeback yet, it might take a while before I see it since it was paid with a Credit Card (he did not have a PayPal account). But you can clearly read his reply saying that he will chargeback the payment; it's just a matter of time at this point.

I would be extremely interested to see the screenshots he is talking about, because until now he hasn't provided anything. I know for a fact that he barely had any of what we farmed on his account because I personally worked on his character.

And yes, he should definitely ask for a rollback on his Diablo 3 account because whatever he attempted to do (screw up our boosting business) did not work.

This user in his messages to me said "I contacted blizz support, they said they saw a login from canada right when I was speaking to them. I really have no reason to lie or stir this **** up. I can break it down step by step, but the dude seriously just was pissed as **** in the conversation and I think he thought I was going to **** him because the conversation was very heated."

Honestly. He makes no mention of what blizzard said at this point, but blizzard, if the was true, Would normally lock the account and make him prove ownership.
he said during his conversation with blizzard someone logged on his account from a canada vpn, deleted his ****, but could not do anything because they did not know what happened.

Why was he already talking to blizzard before items were deleted? Why did blizzard not restore the items? They can SEE what happened. Logs are kept so they can see everything that happened.
NONE of this makes any sense

Too many inconsistencies in his story.

I linked our whole chat conversation; I was clearly not pissed. He is the one who kept cursing and accusing us but I remained professional.

Just look at the timing (EST timezone):

@ 17:53 - he says he is not satisfied / impressed by our service;
@ 18:53 - he says he saw us log on his account and delete his items;
@ between 19:13 & 23:49 - he posts a negative feedback and brings up something about blizzard technical support.

Now he claims that during his conversation with Blizzard (between 19:13 & 23:49) someone logged on his account and deleted his items but for some reason he had already mentioned that he saw us log on his account and delete his items @ 18:53.

Why was he already talking to blizzard before items were deleted? Why did blizzard not restore the items? They can SEE what happened. Logs are kept so they can see everything that happened.
NONE of this makes any sense

This is what I was thinking as well. This makes no sense.

If Sedative does not provide armory links and images showing the blizzard support ticket where he notified Blizzard all items were deleted and they confirmed, the feedback will be removed in 24 hrs.
