I payed, waitined hours and hours on my product, i thought he scammed me even, without any update on how long or any ETA from the seller, i had to write to him everysingle time, and after a few hours i get a message saying my money is refunded and the way he refunded the money i cant have access to it until the 15th of april.

How cant i as a buyer give him a feedback then?, All within the rules. if u wanna bend them and remove my feedback sure go ahead, ill just make a thread or spread the bad things this seller does

How is this in anyway acceptable as a epic Seller, when i send money over instantly so he doesnt have to wait for the money to appear, but then he refunds it and i have to wait a month almost?. @EpicNPC CM is this how things "forum moderators" should do things?. and even makes me wait hours ingame without any ETA or any update. unacceptable in any regard of customer service. people have the right to know how he deals with customers.
I'm sorry for hearing your side experience of that refund , i think Paypal refunds take 1-3 business days to be at your bank once again as common for all people , sometimes we have unexpected issues while delivering ( like one customer per 500 ) so refund was issued after 2 hours from paying to not let you (. Feel uncomfortable by feeling worry by that i am scammer as you mentioned or something or wait extra time ) so you can process via another seller or i can notify you when my issues be fixed to let you reorder again if you didn't order because i respect fully the time of my customers and never let them wait more than the delivery time 1-2 hours for gold selling , since i care about customer's time over my personal profit , and sorry again for your experience , if you still need any services i had fixed the issues if you wanna to reorder anytime with compensation good deal

Seeing as u do feel regret of what occured ill remove my feedback and give you another chance. I do hope this does not happend to anyone else as everyone should feel safe with any "High rept" seller.
