Remove negative feedback request, we both agreed to remove the feedback

We are trying to dispute this feedback that my buyer left to me

The story is:
The account I sold to him got recovered by the original owner ( I bought this account from someone not on this forum).
Then my buyer contacted me, and I did not reply ( as I was sleeping at my 3 am). Then he left this negative feedback.

Right now I gave him a full refund, and he aggreed to remove the feedback.

I will get him to reply this thread to prove what I said.

This is correct. I'd like to remove that negative feedback or change it to a positive. We solved the issue and both are happy.
