but the buyer is not satisfied with some things and he left a negative feedback.
Now we were able to solve problems and he left me positive feedback, because he doesn't know how to change or remove the older feedback. I ask you to remove a negative review.

I would remove the neg feedback if I could work out how to, the image you have sent is completely unreadable when magnified up to a size I can actually see what the image is
