The middleman instantly enters as soon we paid for the MM fee. But didn't chat at all or give any instructions and waited for atleast 30 minutes for middleman, we provided instructions and call for the middleman but no reply at all. But the middleman says later that he/she fell asleep. I can understand but please understand it is Kind of inconvenience cause we waited almost an hour wasting our time especially to my buyer which i apologize to him for the inconvenience for this to happen.. It's good for me for the feedback to be removed. I know my account has less feedback I am a nobody but I hope for future people's transaction I hope this wont happen again. Kind of scary to buyers, Thank you so much.

There is a button to cancel the transaction if a MM does not respond. There is also now the epicnpc wallet that you can use to pay the fee again. You can't give this feedback if I never take your account. I apologize for falling asleep. But that's it, the transaction never happened.
