HI,
I need to remove negative feedback https://www.epicnpc.com/feedback/feedback/412837/view
Not so long after purchase of account, customer started complaining that mentioned account was stolen/recalled. He made an in-game purchase so he was able to restore access back. He then claimed that account is being recovered back and forth.
Right now my customer has access to that account and we decided that he doesn't have any claims against me counting the fact that he is able to play on it right now. In case account gets recovered again, we will figure this issue on our own without engaging with epicnpc staff

I want you to remove feedback because my customer left it thinking that i will not help him solve the problem.

Thank you.

I can confirm that this is an accurate description of what happened on 6/25/20.
In the event I lose access to the account again. The seller has agreed to help resolve the issue with me.

For now, please remove the negative feedback I posted until seller agrees to fix conflict.

Account was again reclaimed by original owner on 6/30/20. Here is what happened in total:

1. Messged VitoDelaCito about purchasing one of his accounts for sale.
2. He convinced me to not use epicnpc website that he has lots of positive feedback and that everything was safe and secure.
3. I transferred him $580. He gave me the account.
4. Precisely one week later (6/25), the account was reclaimed by an unknown person.
5. I spent all day on the phone with EA providing credit card information and confirmation numbers to get the account back.
6. An EA rep allowed me to get back into the account.
7. Account was again reclaimed the morning of 6/30/20
8. When I spoke to an EA rep, they said that the original email that was used to create the account was being used as the primary ownership.
9. I relayed this message to VitoCelaCito, he called me a scammer and refuses to give me my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER -- He is selling accounts that he does not have ownership of. Original email must be provided with purchase. Seller will not refund if account is reclaimed.

Alright, here is my side of the story:
Customer purchased this account from me and a week after he started to complain that something is going on with the account (someone is trying to access it). I asked him for proof of any kind (like email confirmation or something like that)
Customer was super angry with me, which is understandable but he refused to give me any proves that someone tried to access this account. The only thing i received from him was a screenshot which showed no indication that the message was regarding this particular account. I asked him to send me a screenshot of full email in order to verify everything that he is saying but he refused to for some reason.
Then he told me that he managed to get this account back so I asked him to give me access to it, so I could offer him a full refund for this transaction. He pretended that he doesn't know how to give me access to it (Username and password), which is ridiculous. After some time account was recovered again but since he purchased something on this account so he is able to recovere it again, but this is not the point
My main point is that every time I asked for any proof he refused to give me one. This is $600 deal which means that I have a lot at stake too.

This is a complete falsification of what actually happened. Proof is provided in the Dispute thread I created. I gave him screenshots of the EA chat support.

You refused to accept the proof and accused me of lying about it.

The reason I didn't give you the account info when I reclaimed it because
1.) You NEVER once offered a refund.
2.) You have my $600, it was my property. I couldn't have been sure that it wasn't you or one of your friends simply reclaiming the account.
The conversation went like this "You recovered the account????? How???? Give me the email and password. So I can check" This was completely suspicious.
3.) The account was reclaimed literally 3 days after he asked for the email to "double check". I told him this and he didn't accept my answer. He said "Well you got the account back once, get it back again"
4.) You do not need the account login details to check a case number. I also told him this, he did not want to hear it.

I found you via epicnpc, you convinced me not to use this site as a middleman. You reassured me everything is safe and secure. You did not mention before the sale that you were not the original owner and there is a chance the account could be reclaimed.

You did not do your due diligence as an honest seller on this website. And now, I have nothing and you have my $600. You should account for the chance that your inventory could be reclaimed if you are not in possession of the original email associated with the account.

Not make your customers take the loss. Really messed up.
