Remove false negative feedback

  • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
  • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
    
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

Well? If he claims I scammed him does he have proof? Did he ever make a dispute against me? If his saying is true I should be banned for being a scammer then, no? IDK how else I prove I never interacted with this guy. I go inactive and I'm stuck with a false review?


DMs of everyone that messaged me. I responded to 1 person answering their question, everyone else is ignored. If I get called a scammer and a negative review, surely I try and scam more people as well, but no I ignored this guy like the rest of them.

The rules clearly state a feedback must be reported in 30 days. It would be their responsibility to show proof in that time period.

After 30 days, if the feedback isn't reported it becomes the person who is accused responsibility to show proof it didn't happen.

The proof you provided isn't enough to show you didn't talk off-site.

Never talked to him on the forums, Never DM'ed me nor did I ever DM him. There is no proof of "off-site" conversation because it NEVER existed. It's IMPOSSIBLE to even talk to someone "off-site" unless I talk to them here first to direct them there... I don't have any "off-site" messaging apps linked in my profile nor did I ever include any of them in my post. The ONLY way people could contact me was on site.

Offers slowed down so I went inactive. I showed you my email that I didn't get any notification of a false-review; otherwise I would had disputed earlier.

So if someone wants to troll, they can go leaving false-reviews on random people and if they are inactive = get ****ed?

If they don't respond there isn't much we can do. This is why we require feedback to be reported within 30 days. Sorry, but these are the rules.

Cool, brand new accounts can go around leaving fake feedback on inactive people then ask for proof that is impossible to exist because it never happened, and impossible to happen in the first place.

If we didn't have this rule users could go ghost when receiving negative feedback, wait till the user that accuses them goes inactive and isn't able to provide proof, then request it removed.

Ultimately, its a feedback on YOUR account so its YOUR responsibility to report it within 30 days.

That point is understandable.

In my case I showed you I never received an email notification about a feedback given to me; whatever, my fault for not checking this site once a month I guess..

The main thing is: I never replied to this guy on my thread, nor was he ever in my DMs. And it's impossible to contact me off-site when I don't have any contact info in my bio or posted on that thread. Therefore evidence of me "scamming" him as he claims is impossible to refute.

I can only show through my actions and his. Any contact with me stayed on this site, none of my DMs shows any 'weird' scammer behavior trying to lead people towards off-site communication. Member since 2014
His actions: makes a new account just to post on my thread then calls me a scammer and leaves fake feedback. But why did he never makes an official scam dispute? Because he had no evidence because we were NEVER in contact. Never to be seen again.

At this point if it can't be resolved then whatever.

Anyone reading this better check this site once a month in case email notifications don't go through. Otherwise, get fked by some troll that makes a new account and leaves fake feedback ✌
