Remove False Feedback

I am hiding the information because this is already affecting my business and I don't want to raise any more attention to it. I pride myself in running an honest business and having a 100% positive feedback score so I am asking for swift action to be taken.

Additional info:

I was given a negative feedback for a service I no longer offer on EpicNPC (nor do I advertise on any other platform). Ever since the service was barred from being advertised on the site, I have adhered to the rules. I am not entirely sure what all information you need from me at this point so I'll just keep this short. Let me know what else I can do.

Can I get an update on this please? It’s been 2 days since I made this thread and 5 or 6 days since I initially reported the feedback. There have been threads made after mine that are already answered and resolved. Please let me know how we can proceed.

This has gone on far too long. I reported this negative feedback 10 days ago. I made this thread almost a WEEK ago. This feedback needs to be removed immediately. I have lost hundreds of dollars in business for this accusation and nothing has been done to protect an honest and long time member of this site. I’d like to know who is responsible for compensating me for all the money I lost out on. If somebody leaves a negative feedback they should be monetarily responsible if it turns out to be false. Please resolve this.
