• No further investigation will be conducted.
• Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.

Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.

I made a review back on 2023 that was positive but if u read my review I mentioned how the seller failed to mention they weren’t the first owner so the account got hackbacked by first owner. Therefore the review. And it was a reroll account when it was first sold but I spent years grinding just to lose it :/

And furthermore in the original posting seller listed as “original owner” of the account? So this has to be false advertisement. I was unable to retrieve it because I don’t have first device info and seller couldn’t help aswell because he is indeed NOT the first owner.

its reroll account, use simulator like Bluestack in PC to do it. 1 simulator is 1 device, you can open google to check name device or IP device, then when you delete it or recreate new simulator, new device create too
Account unlink, no username, no bind with anything. No one can take your account, if you sell it for someone how i can know it ? And you no reply my message 1 year ago then feedback negative, i dont know if you get the account back or not and you said seller couldn't help is wrong
You play more than a year, then all info you set you keep, im only reroll account and sell

Why would I sell it to someone and then proceed to leave a complaint though genuinely what would I gain from that… I gave up on pressuring the matter because you kept insisting “no one can take your account because it had no binds” when clearly they did and no I NEVER shared this account info with anyone and I have topped up. But I’m not stupid I sent multiple account recovery attempts (including my receipts) but they got rejected simply because I couldn’t provide first device info. This all would’ve been avoided if u hadn’t lied about being first owner man.. just accept this

Again, if you read my review properly I never actually accused YOU of scamming me but I said you contributed to this happening by not telling me important info prior to me buying the account. (Such as original owner is not you as listing said)

Yes I didnt respond to you for some time because (again) after telling you countless times I never let anyone into my account, I can’t retrieve it. you responded by saying you can’t help with the circumstances of the account being unbinded and all. You also kept implying I was lying saying it’s not possible for this to happen.

3. I’ve stayed quiet but I’ve still been trying to retrieve the account for these past years hoyo support takes a while to process the request each time. And how are u even gonna help me if you aren’t the original owner of the account what is the point of asking you for help again.

So after my final request and attempt — ended in another rejection. I decided to put it upon myself to give you a review summarizing my experience with you as a buyer and a customer. I have the RIGHT to leave a review based on MY experiences with you. I’m NOT obligated to rate you 5* and lie.

I don’t get why you’re making such a big deal out of this. You have plenty of good reviews. But unfortunately I’ve just not had a good experience like others have.

I will NOT remove my review thank you. But I will offer to REWORD it to not make it seem like I’m calling you out as a scammer.
