His name is Paul, he is Russian and types in broken English. He is banned here but is still on the loose and messaging people who list their Skype directly to avoid contact here. His main hustle seems to be wanting you to send him Steam games as gift for payment. I narrowly escaped being scammed for a PoE account by asking him to PM me and he said he did even though it "never went through." Then I just googled his email. It was only for $25 too so beware of this ****** bag.
