- Account insurance purchasable for $5 is available, if the account is banned for receiving power leveling; This insurance grants you a free power leveling session for what you originally purchased for a new account. Proof not limited to, RIOT e-mail as well as support tickets for the EXACT account name I leveled are required.
- Region maintenance WILL affect completion times. If maintenance is scheduled within your completion dates, expect a delay. Unforeseen events can also cause delays, such as blackouts, internet provider goes down, natural disasters, PC crashing. However rare these occurrences may be, they do happen. I'll properly relay if any of these occur. Partial refunds may be issued (Except for maintenance) if there's a delay out of my control.
