Rejected account, but why?

I would like to start a middleman transaction with the user "Hugo yan" unfortunately lost access to his account after registering.
Is there a specific reason for this? Should i be concerned?

I do not see a user with that name. If the person has account issues they can use the contact us button to reach out to support and try to resolve their account issues.
