Register phone number to leave feedback

I've been trying to leave feedback on 2 posts now however I'm being asked to verify my phone number.

I've left feedback in the past so I'm unsure if something has changed.

The page indicates to use the green box above but there is no green box on both mobile or desktop versions of the site.

Let me know if there is anything specific I need to do, please!
