Region mismatch for account verification

Hi,
I currently have my phone number and region set to my home country, which is different from where I physically live so I can get verified, will I get flagged for region mismatch for doing this?

yeah didn't think it would verify instantly, I can change my phone number back and still be verified though right?

No, that could cause your account to become disabled. Phone, ID and payment info must all match.

i see, in that case can I keep my region as malaysia even though i physically live in australia? And I've just got wise as payment info but that shouldn't affect anything right

If you're living in Australia, I recommend submitting an ID and verifying a phone from that country. A visa would be accepted.
