Refund possible?

Hi,

I wanted to buy an account in Idle Heroes. The seller and i agreed on 50$.
I started the transaction and he accepted.

After he saw the MM fee (which i would cover), he recommended we can trade without a MM.
I declined and paid the fee.

Now he has blocked me.

Is it possible for me to get a refund on the fee.
If so, how can i get it?

Hi @EpicFarmer,

Yes, a refund is indeed possible. There should be a button in the Trade Guardian chat for a refund. I think it should be under "Transaction Status" or somewhere in the same lane.

Once a TG transaction is cancelled, the fee is added to your TG Wallet. You can use that for a new TG transaction or request a refund within 30 days. To request a refund click Trade Guardian in the top menu and click on the wallet. On that page you'll see a request refund option.

Give it 24-48 (working) hours. Please, be mindful that is a weekend and depends on your bank provider how long he will process the transaction.
