Refund MM - More than 24 hours

Can someone help me, i cancel a trade guardian deal because no mm help us in 10 hours, i wait the 24 hours after the cancel and still not get my money back. Almost 3 days waiting for the refund... and nothing

The payment was refunded 3 days ago. Normally they take 24-48 to appear for a normal credit card, but since it has been longer than that, you'll have to contact your credit card company for an update. Unfortunately once the refund is issued, we do not have the ability to see when you receive it.

If you used a debit card, then those can take up to 5 days since it has to be processed by your bank.
