Referrals... are they working for any of you?

I recently purchased a lot of referrals from two different sellers at the beginning of this week and the expected 72 hours is now 144. I've contacted them and they say it will be this day, but when that day comes it's still the same. They are all Level 1 with no summoner names (like they haven't been logged into and chosen a summoner name).

Has this happened to you recently?

 

Hey! We are probably on the same boat. My referrals is at 144. But all the referaals are level 1 and I have waited a week

 

Riot's cracking down on referrals.
They will probably end up removing anything gained from people who've bought them aswell.

 

I bought quite a few refs for each of my accounts. They were finished over a week ago. The guy has an incredibly feedback score and I've been talking to him a lot lately. He's willing to give a full refund, but we're still trying to figure out why this is happening:

I have heard of a few things that could lead to this. Riot may be filtering Referrals from certain IP's (some sellers have not made a big effort to hide their IP footprint), and there seems to be a longer delay since the announcement between completion and the ability to claim rewards.

Personally, we've disabled sales of refs at this point to lean on the safe side for our customers.

 

Not the only issue i have heard of lately. looking into and asking a few people.
