Today i've checked Epicnpc facebook page and saw that there's a code available to redeem which gives you 175 free credits, Cool

Redeemed it successfully, but it seems the free 175credits doesn't appear on my account

Your account has 706 credits. Are you saying you had 706 credits before you redeemed the code?

Checking your accounts logs, I see 706 is the correct total from all the codes you've redeemed.

I'm having the same issue, I redeemed the code but doesn't appear on my account (only 13 credits appear). However on my transaction log it says I received them.

We're having an issue with the 'redeem' function since we updated the credit system and it won't be fixed until early next week.

Since the system is recording the redeems into the logs, I have no way to know if someone used the link or manually entered the code. The codes also can't be redeemed more than once, so you might not be able to use the link if you already used the code.

We'll have another giveaway as soon as the bug is fixed to make up for the issues with this code. Sorry guys.
