Reddox selling hacked reddit accounts, and he enters the accounts from same ip

I used to buy accounts from Reddox regularly, but the last 10 accounts he sold were almost all hacked reddit accounts.

Some were banned, i said it is ok and ask for replacing accounts (4). He gave me 4 account but ,he entered the last 4 accounts he gave for compensation from the same vietnamese ip and the accounts conflicted with each other, I asked for a refund of 20 dollars for the 4 accounts he gave, but in no way does it return for days. I'm free of the time and ipv4 proxies I've wasted on each account. I am a victim of ipv4 proxies that I spend time and every account. I just want the $20 back but it has been stalling for days. This is the last reply he sent me from pm.

Firstly i not selling hack account , second like the picture i said , i will not refund him money , i quit , accepted ban

We was pretty sure selling hacked accounts.

When I log in to the accounts and change the password, I didn't tick the Log out from other devices option. And in the r/help section of the former owners of the profile, threads like "my help account was hacked, topics are opened on my profile without my knowledge" were opened.

Anyway, he said he will not refund my $20, amount is not important but if he risked getting banned for this money there is nothing I can do.
