I payed 300$ + 22$ for a fortnite account, filled with rare skins. It was recover trough epic games using the account information. The seller refuses to help, saying that "he doesn't give refunds", he didn't say that anywhere anytime, olso, he MUST give refunds, because he can create infinite loopholes of scamming and recovering, making practically infinite money. I need help to try get refund and if not, atleast ban him and try for a PayPal chargeback.

There was a guy that joined our lobby and said that he was a scammer, because when they were about to do a transaction, he dissappeared. But when i saw that the scammer wanted a middleman, I went for it. Olso, should I Screenshot the convo with the middleman, when we were doing the transaction?

There must be a misunderstanding, there is a reason why I have a 100% customer satisfaction, because after i sell i always keep to my word i never pulled the account and Troxxster is my friend and he never pulled the account so the only real thing that is going on is Stefabats is trying to get his money back and keep the account, you can contact epic games to get the email changed etc, i have been on this website for almost a year and ask anyone i have done deals with i keep to my word and never do anything scummy. To Stefabats if you would like a refund may i get my account back at least?

Like i said i removed all email off my phone, all epic games logins after i sell so this is impossible if i or Troxxster pulled it

Do you not have the email? The name on the account? The linked psn connected account? That's all you need to change it bro
The email is not valid for the account anymore. When trying to log in with the email and password from the middleman (the middleman advised me not to change the password), it doesn't work and when trying to reset my password, no emails were sent. I told that to the middleman and he said that this means the account was recovered to another email, using information of the account and contacting epic.
You are responsible for the account, even if it was bought from 100 before. The statement: "I give no refunds" is a dead giveaway for a infinite loophole of scamming. 1 sell the account, 2 recover, 3 "I give no refunds" and over and over.

I had no clue of the dispute on the forums, I couldn't reply to it because I didn't see it". For the account, i provided all the details and old email details to the buyer, the buyer probably contacted epic support and asked them to change the email to something else and then deleted the support mails from the email, I haven't received anything paypal so wdym chargeback?

I have been on this website for who knows how long, I've done many deals with many buyers and they all would vouch to me
I did send an Email to epic games, trying to get the account back, but I don't know have enough information of the account, like IP Adress, last 4 digits of a credit card number used for the account and other specific information like that. I have proof of the email I sent to epic games, when I tried recovering the account. Olso to counter your claim of changing the mail, I remember the email change of the account wouldn't be available until the 1st of November and my account was stolen on the 28th of October, that is the time I contacted the middleman, there is proof of that in our conversation.

Olso it's important to mension, although it's impossible to prove it, i messaged the scammer "congratulations, you have been banned" and he replied something like "idc I'm done with fortnite lmao", but sadly I cannot prove that happened. If you know a way to see deleted messages on Discord, that would be devastating in his position.

i am your customer and something you delivered AND are responsible for doesn't work anymore and I payed a hell of a good money for it and all evidence leads to you scamming. The middlemen and moderators are not AT ALL stupid and take their time with cases. The continuing of this conversation is meaningless.
@Angel When ringing paypal on the phone, a lady told me to write a mail to [email protected], I carefully and with great detail explained my situation. I am still waiting for a reply. My question is, what will happen if PayPal never reply or they deny my request for a refund?

I don't think I paypal will ever respond and I don't think chosecito will give a refund. He has been offline on this epicNPC account since November 3rd... Aw man all my hard work in the summer... It kinda sucks, you know? Going to fulfill a dream and turning out to be a scam...
