I logged into the PSN account and on genshin impact the character was moved without my knowledge. I check the account setting and of course the email/phone number was changed. I have reason to believe this is all a throwaway account or at the very least the email.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? was dealt through middleman so he gave me nothing
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? about a month

I never got anything for the account on genshin but I do have the PSN account being attempt to be changed. The account is hooked up to the PSN account so it's as good as saying they are both stuck together.
