Recieving Money Via Paypal Questions

So im interested in selling some WoW accounts and using paypal to recieve my money. I would of course only accept payments via "Gift" so they cant cheat me and charge it back.

So my question is this,

If i sell accounts and receive money via "Gift", can it still be charged back in any way?

yes u can. they change that. before u cant, only unauthorize claim but now u can dispute it
