opened a support ticket but they can't do anything because I can't provide full details of the account since I'm not the original owner.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) yes, as above

I would also like to point out im still able to login to the account as im already logged from the home screen but the email and username that i had was unlinked so if i were to log out i cant get to the account anymore

I would also like to know how would I go in getting a chargeback when I used a debit card through PayPal. Would I contact my bank and say that I was scammed a virtual good?

The account was fully binded. And especially with the new 2fa that mihoyo implemented hacks are less common now. The only way I could’ve lost access was through an account recall. You’ve purchased genesis crystals on the account ands u said you were the original owner. After contacting u, you just offered another account u didn’t even try denying it. I want a refund

It's your full responsibility for everything you sell here. Genshin is hacked a lot this is correct, but there is also a lot of accounts that are sold after were hacked and sold somewhere else, mostly on websites like Funpay.
I believe that Funpay is your source as well, correct me if i am wrong.

If you are unable to return the account then full refund must be issued

Um the case is closed the 168$ isn’t even from me cuz I sent u 177$ Remember. I attached a picture here it shows that the case is closed. That 168 is probably from someone else.

Also why the hell are u reporting my transaction. I gave u that money. Stop trying to put it as my fault. Also you might be negative cuz u yourself reported the transaction I sent you.

@RedMax see the case is closed it was closed since august 2nd. And besides that negative balance is from someone else or it’s negative because you opened a case yourself on the transaction that involved me sending money to you.

ok my bad apparently even if my case is shown as closed, paypal still has the case open up, however the case is now fully closed and I dont think your balance is negative anymore @RedMax
