Well, i never said i'm original owner, also i said that i could make a chargeback Just in case You recalled the money, everybody knows You can't do that that fast because mihoyo takes days to response, also how can we know You really Lost the account? I have never done a chargeback to an account that I have purchased without issue. My transactions as a buyer here have all been sincere, I just want to play the game.

While I contacted the seller about it, I didn't wait for his response before opening a dispute on PayPal because I was doubtful that the seller will be willing to do a refund, since he even removed me on Discord already. Anyway, if he was cooperative, the dispute on PayPal and even on here can be settled easily. Honestly, I don't expect to be able to recover the account, and have little hope for a refund of the money. This post here is more of a pre-emption to anyone else looking to deal with this seller in the future.

Looking at the seller's response above, he isn't even trying to help or figure out what happened, or negotiate a possible refund. Instead he minds that I complain after I paid him USD $150 for nothing.

He has many good feedback, hence I trusted and bought from him. But Mihoyo account recovery takes awhile, and it is possible he had already proceeded with the recovery process even before he sold it to me. He might be doing the same to all the other accounts he is selling, so I hope people read this before dealing with him.

Edit: Now it has been revealed that he is not the original owner of the account, and he did not do the account recovery. So it is safe to transact with him, just be clear on whether he is the original owner or not.

Realised my PayPal dispute message said 2 weeks, it should be 4 days. Made the correction.

Also, which part did I do wrong? The dispute is open here for you to settle. What else should I have done? Are you willing to do a refund for the money I gave to you for free, or at least find out how come I lost access to it? You don't seem like you are, and I don't think I did any wrong.

So the account was linked from me, i unlinked the account and gave it to him.. he can link or unlink anytime whatever he wants(i don't understand this: "I can confirm that has been unlinked", i used to click original owner or not, i understand, But the status of the feedback is public knowledge and there it is seen that I bought the account and who I bought it from.

The account trade was done on 13rd but it looks like something is wrong there. The account is sold by svez and he mentioned he is as original owner.(maybe for quick sale?) It is not related with me but i also still believe svez is not a scammer or something. It is wrong to delete someone from discord after trade was done which he did but if it was related to me i would do the refund. It is imposible to guarantee who could do the recall thing at the moment. Refund is a must as it seems. Hope it got solved soon and sorry for it that happened.

Yeah, the delete from discord was wrong but still, is not that i blocked him, also i'm pretty sure it was a mistake made by made, i do clean my discord every weekends but i don't delete recent users, maybe i got confused in the list because i was talking to a guy called Colak4os here and maybe I thought it was him, i was just right clickling and deleting people that i don't remember in discord. Also all my deals were done and i have nothing pending. Still 100% my fault.

The account has been bought from me but as he said he was the one who doing top ups etc. I was bought it from playerauction tho from a seller but i could help with some details like creation date or registering platform. (i get such details before buying an actual account) As i said i didint do any top on it and there are so much time passed but i already give a lot of tips about the scammed dude about how he could getting his money back. At the below press 'Call us' and call them directly. Explain how you got scammed and ask for another dispute, the community maneger could help to you in that case.

Also if you payed with Directly debit card you can call your bank and ask for a refund about the scamming. You will recharge your money with your bank which took a little bit long but should help to you

I am trying to do a chargeback via my debit card, but it is not clear whether it will be successful. I have never done a chargeback before.

While you are not related to this trade, you are the account's first seller here on EpicNPC since you bought it from playerauction. Currently, the profit/loss from this account is as follows, not considering how much you bought it for from playerauction:

Zelkowa: 40 euros profit
SmehVZ: $155 - 40 euros = ~$100 profit
Samla: $155 loss
