Other information: I have contacted him on epicnpc as well through his epicnpc name "Duskyy", but he has since been online since all my messages, and no responses on epicnpc or discord.

What is the dispute about? A league of legends account that I bought from Duskyy was recalled previously once after I sold the account to "Raise My Reputation" on epicnpc, and when Raise My Reputation contacted me that the account was recalled, I got into contact with Duskyy and we were able to get the account back. But it has come to my attention from Raise My Reputation that the account has been recalled again, and to solve this issue I contacted Duskyy again, but he has failed to reply to me on discord and on epicnpc the past 4 days. It is clear that he is ignoring me because he has been online on epicnpc 2+ times since my messages to him about the recall.

Other details / notes: I was looking for the account to be helped recovered again for Raise My Reputation, but I think a refund or a new account is due as this is the second recall of the account.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) ID/pass
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? The first time it was recalled, it was after a month, the second recall (the issue currently) happened 3 months after
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
No support ticket has been made as it will most likely be recalled again since its been recalled twice now.

I literally already gave recovery info to the Raise my Reputation guy.
 
The original owner can still recover it again..., so what is the point of Raise My Reputation recovering it? It will likely be recalled for the third time and it will end up in the account getting banned soon due to so many recalls. I don't think you understand the situation at all.

I understand the situation, however I do not understand how you suppose I can get the account back since I am not the original owner. I did my part by giving recovery info. Also, you sold it to Raise my Reputation after I sold it to you, this situation should be solved amongst the both of you, not me.
 
It is still your responsibility as you have provided me a defective account. I'm not asking for a recovery anymore because it is clear that the account will be recovered again. It is your responsibility to refund me or issue me a new account so that I can refund Raise My Reputation or issue him the new account. This is because if I had kept the account, I would still have to go through the same process with you. I know you are not the original owner and thus have no control on the account anymore, but it is your responsibility to provide me with a refund/new account to compensate as you are the middleman in this defective product. And I will also do the same for Raise My Reputation. And you should expect a refund/new account from the person you purchased from.

You are responsible for what you sell here. This account will probably get banned soon due too many recoveries so you will have to refund to @bonbay and then he will refund to @Raise My Reputation
Later you are free to open a dispute against the original owner

I don't mind waiting a bit but a deadline that you can be held accountable is required, as Raise My Reputation and I cannot be waiting indefinitely for an unknown date. Also the fact that you ignored me on discord and on epicnpc showed me that I need a exact date that I can be waiting for

Cutting it pretty close, no updates from Duskyy still, not sure if he has the intention of refunding/new acc w similar content
