EpicNPC does NOT investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian was used. Instead we will conduct a review of the accused member's account. Please give the user a negative feedback instead.

If Trade Guardian was used, please go to the Trade Guardian > History or Active Transaction page and click the "Report" button. Someone will then join the chat and investigate your claim.

yes, a few weeks back, i saw his post for selling a low lv account for Lost Ark NA East, Azena Server

i wanted to pvp, so i contacted him on Discord n made the exchange, this was in April 17 of this year.
Later on, i asked he was selling another more geared account, as i wanted to join in and do PvE.Raids n such
so, he said that he did n then proceeded to sell me an account from his other post

he has deleted all of his messaged from our Discord conversation, only thing left is just my own chat going towards him, everything he said in Discord, he has deleted himself.
I attempted to contact him earlier, but it just gave me that Discord messagethat i cant contact him because i been blocked or he doesnt take messaged from unfriended people.
I also have my email messages that my email for both of those accounts have been changed, at around 10am EST today.

As i tried to access both accounts, i was unable to, one of the steam accounts had already changed its logo n display name, idk about the other one.

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
