LVL 211 Shadower, 3 Lvl 200 characters Evan, battle mage, beast tamer, with several very close to 200, about 15+ Chars. Most level 200 characters have cra gear.
Shadower has abso weapon, 3 piece superior gollux missing the belt, tyrant cape, and ghost ship badge which is no longer obtainable and has 1m range, 1.4 buffed could be way higher but no luck on rolls most gear is unique though
Most of the characters I have under 200 are the ones with good links skills
