There are enough RSS in store to get to lvl 30 when wanted. Lots of packs bought for permanent boosts (see pictures). Top guild in the realm, Defensive fortress that can defeat full rallies.
Best guild in the realm: Monkey business. But any guild will gladly take you given your power. 8+ mil power, but rss to build army to as much power as you like (currently build as trap to invite ppl to attack and loose their troops). All defense up to date and researched.

Hero lvl 41 with more 5-6 mil exp in stock to increase 2 levels when wanted (preferably during a good event).

Lot of effort spent and packs bought but selling relatively cheap for quick sale. You will save a lot of money (~$1000) and time buying this than buying packs, as i am selling for a lot less than what i spent
