Many users here are selling *******/stolen accounts. Before you buy make sure the seller owns the account by asking him/her to change the account to a password of your choosing. ******* accounts are pretty much useless now. The user will notice and can now de-activate you using this form:

PSN are also rolling out 2FA very soon. ******* ACCOUNTS ARE STOLEN ACCOUNTS. They are obtained without the owners knowledge, hackers deactivate the original owners console and activate yours. The games will last no longer than six months. This is because the orginal owner will change password and deactivate you. Thats sonys offical stance, however if owners escalate the issue and fill out that form the console will be deactivated sooner. DONT JUST TAKE MY WORD. Do your own research, 1000s of PSN user report this happening daily. Ask Sony directly.
